Seedwings Europe proves its continued commitment by constantly improving and developing our gliders. For the last couple of years we have focused on beginners and intermediate gliders. Now the time has come to focus our development on taking our long line of kingposted gliders to the highest level of performance.

After almost one year of developing and test flying several prototypes we have succeeded in creating an entirely new glider with substantially improved performance and yet still achieving wonderful handling: The Skyrunner!

The Skyrunner comprises our 25 years of experience as a hang glider manufacturer. The result is a glider with trouble free handling combined with incredibly high performance. Pilots looking for absolute top performance in a kingpost glider will find our latest creation to be just what they need.

The long wingspan and high aspect ratio combined with a very rigid frame and a new sailcut has resulted in an incredible performance - also at high speed.

By incorporating a relatively large wingtip area we have not only achieved noticeably better performance when thermalling - it also improves the flying characteristics in slow flight and makes landings almost as easy as with our intermediate glider Crossover.

The handling with low VG-tension is very light. When you tighten the VG the trimm speed increases noticeably and the bar pressure remains light all the way to full speed.
